Immigration Lawyers

Immigration lawyers can represent you with your immigration matter if you require representation at an immigration hearing or appeal.

Once you have received notice of an immigration hearing or appeal then it is advisable to contact an immigration lawyer to find out what they require and what their representation is likely to cost you. While some immigration lawyers will provide you with a barrister to attend your hearing others will represent you at the hearing.

Once you have provided your instructions for the lawyer to represent you then they will contact the tribunal and Home Office representative to notify them of their instructions and to also request for all correspondence and papers in the hearing to that this is sent directly to them in future. Once all this has been concluded you will need to provide your full instructions in preparation as most immigration lawyers prefer to be prepared well in advance of the hearing or appeal date.
